Literally everything was outstanding: the staff (super responsive via WhatsApp, before, during, and after our stay), the place itself with spotless clean and spacious rooms in the middle of this tropical paradise of a hacienda, to the food, and the excellent location if you want to visit Uxmal, Chizen Itza, and Merida. The hotel will also organize local travel and sightseeing trips for you if you want. If you are in Yucatan, this is THE place to stay at.

We concluded our 9 day visit to the Yucutan with a one-night stay at the Hacienda Xcanatun. It was the perfect place to end. The hacienda buildings and gardens are stunning and well-maintained. We enjoyed the shady winding paths, birdsong, flowers, verandas and pools. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff is attentive with excellent English. The restaurant Casa de Piedra is excellent too! One of the best in all of Merida. We will be back!

Although we waited longer than expected to get our room, the features are great and the entire venue is beautiful. The room I booked was very spacious.

The room was exceptionally large, well designed and felt like total luxury. Loved the bath and outside shower. High ceilings also stunning. Super modern and felt brand new. New swimming pool was stunning.

Spacious, super clean and luxurious. Private little pool is very useful. Staff is super friendly and reactive. Amazing place for the price.

Our stay was exceptional. The receptionist was lovely - even helped us to find a cenote, and her recommendation was perfect ! - the rooms were very cleaned and well equipped, the barman and his cocktail, Ismael the waiter and his very appreciated restaurant recommendation in Merida, a tasty breakfast.. this is what we call real hospitality. thanks for the too short stay with you.

This is a beautiful hotel right off the highway. I thought the place would have a bit more land with it-- with more animals and birds. But it is more like a hotel than a hacienda. There are a lot of new buildings. Very convenient to get to. The staff were all super nice, helpful and well trained-. They were friendly without being intrusive. The room was extremely comfortable- super high quality fixtures, furniture etc. The furniture on the terraces also was high quality and excellent condition.

The hacienda and the rooms are just amazing, and the quality of attention by the staff in the hotel is excellent. The place is far from the city center, but with an Uber or taxi it's actually quite okay (about 120 pesos an Uber ride).

The breakfast was very good, the location fantastic. Only problem was the toilet which had a bad smell. Otherwise the rest of the bathroom was very nice, the shower great, one indoors and one outdoors

The room was huge and comfortable. We enjoyed that the TV had a Chromecast, and we could continue watching our series on Netflix. Outside our suite, we had a hydromassage tub and a hammock that provided perfect relaxation moments. The hotel has big areas but few rooms; thus, the pools and other common areas are never too busy. The breakfast is good, and the restaurant has excellent prices for lunch/dinner (which you can take to your room or ask as room service). The staff was always helpful and made us feel comfortable, especially Sr. Antonio. (COVID-19 specific comment) It is worth mentioning that everyone respects the mandatory use of the mask in Merida, which made us feel safe.
